∎ Key Qualifications:
∎ • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field from a prestigious institution.
∎ • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and executing high-end interior projects, particularly in luxury hospitality, residential, or commercial sectors. An international portfolio of iconic, distinguished designs is highly desirable.
∎ • Design Mastery: A natural talent for balancing form and function, with an impeccable eye for color, texture, and materiality. An innate ability to craft spaces that evoke emotion and leave a lasting impression.
∎ • Technical Expertise: Mastery in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools. Expertise in producing intricate technical drawings and renderings that translate artistic vision into reality.
∎ • Luxury Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the luxury market, with a deep understanding of elite materials, custom furnishings, and high-end finishes.
∎ • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and persuasively. Confidence in presenting to high-profile clients and stakeholders.
∎ • Problem-Solving & Creativity: An inventive thinker who thrives on solving complex design challenges while maintaining an unwavering commitment to the aesthetic and functional integrity of the project.

∎ • LEED certification or similar credentials in sustainable design practices.
