Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Architecture (Educational Segment flexible with Expertness)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
∎ Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
∎ Make BOQ according to budget
∎ Provide the design with a demonstration to the customers
∎ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
∎ Supervise work progress
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ ? 5+ years of experience in architectural design field (Interior/Event Expo Pavilion Design)
∎ ? Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
∎ ? Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
∎ ? Excellent portfolio of previous works
∎ ? Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new
∎ constructions)
∎ ? Knowledge of means and methods of construction, fixture / furniture manufacturing and fabrication techniques.
∎ ? Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
∎ ? Communication and presentation skills
∎ ? Project management skills
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festive Bonus-: Two time in a Year
