Experience:
S.S.C from any reputed institution. Education may be relaxed for retired Armed forces/ Police/ Instructor of BRTA Training Centre. Having Instructorship license will be given preference.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in driving profession. Having valid driving license. (Instructorship license holder will be given preference). Experience may be relaxed for female candidates.
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Clear Concept on road safety and defensive driving.
Having a clear concept on the engine and other controlling systems of the vehicle and also on troubleshooting.
Sufficient knowledge in computer operations.
Physically fit (Specially Eye-sight & listening power will have to be perfect).
Team building and ensuring teamwork.

Job Purpose:
Successful implementation of road safety and defensive driving training, Scooty/ Motorcycle driving training and basic driving training for both male and women professional drivers. This is a Contractual position initially for one year.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct basic driving training of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) and motorcycle.
Develop and update training module and materials (handouts, PPT etc).
Ensure driving training according to the training plan and complete training within the due time to reduce management expenditure.
Track the budget and control the expenditure of the branch.
Prepare weekly, quarterly and monthly MIS reports and other necessary documents.
Assess trainee drivers and grade them accordingly.
Assist the trainees in successfully facing the Driving Competency Test Board (DCTB) interview.
Make effective communication and maintain liaison with BRAC programs, related Govt. departments and vehicle owners and workers associations.
Ensure proper maintenance of the training vehicle, validate the license and up to date proper documents of the vehicle as per BRTA rules.
Supervise the activities of the Customer Service Assistant (CSA) of BRAC Driving School.
Keep records of training-related documents.
Help increase enrollment of trainees in the BRAC driving school through marketing.
Perform other necessary tasks assigned by the authority.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment\and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
