We are searching for good candidates to add value to the role of Instructor,Japanese Language.
∎ Location: BRAC University
∎ Department: BRAC Institute of Languages

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Japanese Language module/s JLPT level 5 and level 4 both for 'face to face' and online course with lesson plans
∎ Facilitating training sessions in Dhaka/outside Dhaka
∎ Assisting the team for Audio-Video Recording, training plan, budget, ICT Integration, participants' enrolment and reporting to BIL before-while and after the training sessions.
∎ Arranging different sociocultural events for immersion with the Japanese culture
∎ Maintaining liaison with respective institutions/ organizations ( BMET, BRAC etc.) for migration process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Outstanding academic background
∎ Excellent command over Japanese Language (Minimum: JLPT level 3 Graduate)
∎ Effective communication skills
∎ Candidates having previous teaching experience and experience in technological integration into language teaching will be given preference
∎ Candidates of all nationalities are also encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla, Japanese, and English
∎ Excellent teaching and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work with the ICT integration process for developing online and 'face to face' courses
∎ Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues is essential
∎ Experience in using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement
∎ Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
∎ Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements
∎ Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments, service areas and other organizations
