Educational Requirements:
∎ S.S.C.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for retired Armed forces/ Police, BRTC training personnel having driving instructions experience and license. Trade course on automobile engineering will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct basic driving training for novice driver and prepare them as safe and skillful driver.
∎ Assisting the trainees in successfully facing DCTB (Driving Competency Test Board) Interview.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of training vehicle.
∎ Keep records of training related documents and prepare necessary reports.
∎ Make effective communication and maintain liaison with BRAC programmes, related Govt. departments and vehicle owners and workers associations.
∎ Help increase enrollment of trainees.
∎ Perform other necessary tasks assigned by the authority.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of practical experience in driving profession and 2 years' experience as driving instructor.
∎ Applicants must know motor cycle driving with valid license.
∎ Having valid professional driving license. Heavy vehicle license holder will be given preference.
∎ Instructor-ship license holder will be given preference.
