Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that delivery team purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader Group vision, strategy and end to customer roadmap.
∎ Analyze & review delivery program set as delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals concerning with planning department.
∎ Review stock availability of finished goods on the basis of optimum inventory level for ensuring target delivery.
∎ Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements, and coordinate entire delivery activities.
∎ Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries, oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction & guidance as needed.
∎ Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence, and develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
∎ Analyze and overcome delivery issues in a timely manner, and make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
∎ Proactively manages and addresses performance issues in delivery team members, determine training needs and taking initiatives for workforce development.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the line manager time to time.
∎ Responsible for and act according to office procedure, systems, policies & practices, culture, climate, structure and business strategy concerning with reporting superiors and / or respective functional head and / or Chief of the Plant:
