∎ • Experience of working in a hospital based Warehouse Service environment would be an additional advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01 Responsible for Planning, coordinating, and monitoring of receipt, storage, issuing and despatch of Central Store, Scrutiny and supervision incoming and outgoing correspondence and daily check the stock of different products random basis.
∎ 02 Ensure that the Store spaces are utilized effectively and shelves and racks are properly stocked and signage displaying the name and logo of the store at the right place and viewable to all.
∎ 03 Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems for the transactions and inventory management of the stores and Administering stock control in order to keep systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate. Plan for future requirement.
∎ 04 To ensure and check all documents as such as GRN, Bill Purchase Requisition and to be signed also then handed over to respective places.
∎ 05 To motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
∎ 06 To respond and deal with concerning department communication by email and Telephone.
∎ 07 To discuss with respective department for providing spare support when required in most effectively.
∎ 08 To complete Stock Taking twice in a year of all equipment in store specially LAB and Medical disposable items.
∎ 09 To ensure the effective supervisory tasks and activities to the designated junior team members in a very effective and professional manner.
∎ 10 Emphasizing special attention to maintain ideal storage temperature and maintaining the general cleanliness and safety of the Warehouse.
∎ 11 To carry out any other task assigned by the superior.
