Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the warehouse.
∎ Ensure stock management procedures (stock cards, records, filling, and identification);
∎ Product Receive, load, unload, and shelve arrangement for proper stocking.
∎ Taking order, delivered to the point and follow up the order and report to office.
∎ Ensure delivery by himself if company needed.
∎ Perform all over related works about warehouse operation
∎ Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
∎ Ensure that the products are stored safely
∎ To follow-up overall inventory management.
∎ Take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports of warehouse inventory for the line manager;
∎ Oversee and maintain cleanliness both within and outside warehouse premises by maintaining a workable cleaning rotation
∎ Ensure that all goods are packed safely and segregated according to their nature;
∎ Organize the loading/unloading of store goods when dispatching to projects
∎ Keep inventories ledger up to date;
∎ Carry out regular stock reconciliation and report of any discrepancy to the line manager;
∎ Conduct weekly inventory of stock and ensure that stock cards are created, up-to-date, and accurate
∎ Assists in compiling daily stock report for the line manager.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
