• Support students in computer lab sessions

• Prepare students for midterm and final exam.

• Help manage ICT equipment and software

• Assist in preparing lesson material

• Prepare manage ICT equipment and software

• Serving as the hardware, software, or network issues, and providing timely and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, networks, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, Photocopy Machine) to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

• Monitoring the company`s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs), and data storage, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.

• Implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures, including access controls, data backup and recovery procedures, and antivirus protection, to safeguard company information from threats.

• Assisting in the procurement process for new hardware and software, evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity, and collaborating with vendors and service providers.

• Providing training and guidance to employees on the proper use of IT systems and software, and creating and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.
