Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer, Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Electromechanical from any Public University/Private university with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be skilled in HVAC system design for large commercial, Industrial & Pharmaceuticals sector and its operation.
∎ Perform engineering calculations of building heating/cooling loads, energy profiles, equipment selections, sizing of duct-work/piping distribution systems.
∎ Working knowledge of Facilities equipment and associated Building Control Management System operation. Must have experience about Industrial ventilation, process cooling system, Industrial dehumidifier, Different type Chiller & VRF, Clean room design, Cold Room design & Equipment selection.
∎ Must be familiar with different standard like ASHRAE, SMACNA, AHRI, TEMA etc.
∎ BOQ preparation of different HVAC project
∎ Cost analysis of different HVAC project
∎ To coordinate with client, consultants, vendor, service dept., purchase dept. and participate any sales meeting when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 4 (Four) years of experience with HVAC solution provider company and/or engineering consulting firm. (Applicant with less experience will not be considered).
∎ Excellent understanding of engineering fundamentals & HVAC field
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D,3D and similar drafting software
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
