Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for company recruitment & selection, placement, attendance, compensation & benefits, leave management, HR administration etc.
∎ Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
∎ Update team records, various list, keep update certificates, Safe Manning Documents, firefighting equipment along with certificates & other legal documents as required.
∎ Strong monitor employees movement regularly.
∎ Maintain liaison with the concern government officials.
∎ Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
∎ Taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues.
∎ Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
∎ Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
∎ Monitor compliance of HR policy & procedures.
∎ Prepare and present annual HR budget.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Everyday Reports have to submit at accounts department & Higher Authority as Demanded.
