Job Context

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, guest amenities) and ensure proper usage.
• Report maintenance requirements and follow up until resolved.
• Handle guest complaints courteously and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
