Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and direction of cleaning, sanitation of all guest areas, public areas, back of the house areas, restaurants and all plants.
∎ Supervision and control over equipment, utensils and supplies.
∎ Look for new cleaning/maintenance techniques and makes suggestions to Line Manager.
∎ Trains staff on Energy Conservation and follow up on jobs performed.
∎ Check and maintains equipment with Engineering and ensure they are kept and neatly stored.
∎ Perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
∎ Co-ordinates with F & B Outlet Mangers and Banquets for deep cleaning schedules.
∎ Liaisons with Line Manager on the daily basis and carry out any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
∎ Assigning tasks to the housekeeping staff and ensuring that they are completed to the required standards.
∎ Inspecting Rooms, Toilet, Public Areas, and Other Facilities to ensure that are clean and well-maintained.
∎ Managing inventory and ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and amenities required for housekeeping.
∎ Creating and implementing cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure that all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
∎ Maintaining records and reports related to housekeeping operations and budgets.
∎ Training and supervising housekeeping staff, including providing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
∎ Handling guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping and ensuring timely resolution.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant policies and procedures.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have Hotel/Restaurant Housekeeping Supervisor experience

Salary: Negotiable
