Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Diploma in Hospitality

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure cleaning servicing of guests room according to the in house occupancy list.
∎ Ensure cleaning of public area, corridors, and pantries keep clean at all the times as per Hotel standard.
∎ Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
∎ Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
∎ Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
∎ Respond to customer/guest complaints and special requests.
∎ Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
∎ Check-out rooms to be cleaned by HK attendant as per hotel standard.
∎ Ensure all the vacant rooms are clean and tidy at all the times as per Hotel standard.
∎ Ensure any lost and found from guests room immediately inform to your supervisor.
∎ Attend daily staff training /briefing.
∎ Carry out any other duties as instructed by H/K Supervisor.
∎ Any other job assigned by authorized superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart and Presentable and can work on pressure.
∎ English is an advantage
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience will be preferred.
∎ Good physical condition
∎ Should be able to communicate and work with foreigners.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Company Policies.
