Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee all housekeeping operations for the preopening phase of the hotel.
∎ Recruit, train, and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
∎ Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures in alignment with international brand standards.
∎ Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for opening.
∎ Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen inventory.
∎ Maintain efficient inventory control and manage the housekeeping budget effectively.
∎ Work closely with other departments to support a smooth preopening process and ensure guest satisfaction.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
