Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience as Hospital Director in any reputed hospital is required.
∎ Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution is required.
∎ MPH is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the hospital's goals and objectives.
∎ Managing indoor and outdoor services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining quality standards and driving organizational growth.
∎ Ensuring patient getting quality service in every steps of service.
∎ Overseeing all indoor operations, including patient care, ward management and specialty services.
∎ Supervise billing systems, pharmacy operations and financial management to ensure smooth operations and cost control.
∎ Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance hospital visibility and patient flow.
∎ Ensure patient safety, satisfaction and high-quality care delivery.
∎ Conduct regular audits to maintain and improve healthcare standards.
∎ Address patient and staff concerns effectively and promptly.
∎ Lead the general administration team to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
∎ Ensure adherence to national and local healthcare regulations, including licensing and certifications.
∎ Analyzes identified problems to determine cause and desired resolution.
∎ Prepare necessary reports proposals, business plans, concept notes, progress reports, etc. and submit them to the concern management.
∎ Establish and maintain necessary rapport, communication, and networking with governmental and non-governmental health agencies.
∎ Investigating and reporting all incidents/accidents/ patients death that occur in hospital.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads and key staff members.
∎ Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
