Responsibilities & Context:
• বৈধ পেশাদার ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
• ব্যক্তিগত ড্রাইভার হিসেবে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
• ট্রাফিক চিহ্ন ও ট্রাফিক আইন সম্পর্কে সম্যক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
• প্রার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে কোনো অপরাধমূলক রেকর্ড থাকা যাবে না।
• পরিচ্ছন্ন, পরিপাটি ও পেশাদার মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
• দায়িত্ব পালনে সময়নিষ্ঠ, সৎ ও বিশ্বাসযোগ্য হতে হবে।
• কোম্পানির প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত সময়ের অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব পালনের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
• যাত্রা শুরুর সময় ক্লায়েন্ট/অতিথিদের যথাযথভাবে স্বাগত জানাতে হবে।
• প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ক্লায়েন্টদের মালামাল লোড ও আনলোড করতে সহায়তা করতে হবে।
• সবসময় সড়ক নিরাপত্তা বিধি ও ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে গাড়ি চালাতে হবে।
• গাড়ি পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা এবং নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
