We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Health & Safety (In- Charge) for Toggi Shipping & Logistics Ltd., Sector- C, Bashundhara Group.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Employees Health & Safety induction & others related training for all staff & contractors.
∎ Conduct monthly EHS committee meetings with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Disseminate information on safety updates, incident sharing, and/or new initiatives.
∎ Assist On-site team in the identification of workplace EHS risks & in recommending , implementing the necessary control measures.
∎ Assist with operations team in the identification and/or clarification on EHS related matters & advice on hazards or control measures.
∎ Recommend EHS measures & develop method statements and safe work procedures.
∎ Conduct near-miss, incident, dangerous occurrences investigations & accident reporting.
∎ Conduct EHS toolbox briefings.
∎ Reporting on monthly yard EHS statistics & keep record of documentation.
∎ Assisting project Operations Manager in rehearsing emergency response plans & procedures.
∎ Perform other duties as per line manager instructions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Adequate knowledge of EHS.
∎ Possess internal auditing qualification & skill on ISO 9001, 14001 & ISO 45001
∎ Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills both English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Salary: Negotiable
