Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any Discipline preferred B.Sc / M.Sc Engineering in Civil, EEE, ME, Electromechanical.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Certification course Diploma in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial, Commercial/ Export-Import, construction item, Construction Material Handling Equipment, Construction sector, Export & Import, Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create annual budget for purchase and sourcing functions.
∎ Prepare procurement plan based on business requirements.
∎ Check proforma invoice/indent, LC, commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of lading, certificate of origin & import-related all other documents.

∎ Develop scenarios of price movements, purchase period, purchase quantity to finalize strategic sourcing plan.
∎ Oversee supply chain process carried out by team; Lead critical negotiations with key vendors to obtain the best deal (cost, quality and timelines).
∎ Resolve escalations on delivery and payment process.
∎ Monitor all transactions as per legal and statutory compliances and within guidelines set by organizational processes and systems.
∎ Liaise with auditors and provide clarifications, as required; Guide team to resolve instances of non-compliance.
∎ Review list of shortlisted vendors identified by team members for critical raw materials.
∎ Negotiate costing for product with preferred vendors.
∎ Periodically track vendor performance against organization requirements, turn-around-time and quality.
∎ Provide feedback to key vendors to ensure services are in line with expectations based on identified performance metrics.
∎ Liaise with critical vendors to analyze root cause of delays and take preventive measures for future sourcing.
∎ Devise strategy to ensure maximum benefit from government export and import incentives and maximize organizational gain.
∎ Oversee import and export accounting management activities.
∎ Review operations on a periodic basis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in similar role in Real Estate sector in required.
∎ Strong planning skills, a logical and systematic approach to work, good time management ability, the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions.
∎ Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
∎ The candidate must have work experience in Supply Chain of Real Estate Company
∎ Exceptional communication skill and people management skill along with a persuasive personality.
∎ Hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic.
