Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Finance from a nationally acclaimed and top Business school with 1st class mark.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Restructure and develop an optimum capital: equity, forms of equity, debt structure for the group.
∎ Analyzing the Group’s businesses and its financials, identification of the core strength and near team opportunities thus conceptualizing new business ideas for both Brownfield & Greenfield expansions including financial and organizational re-structuring and re-engineering of the existing businesses as deemed necessary.
∎ Development, implementation, and monitoring of overall strategy to raise funds.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective financial/strategic investors, both foreign and domestic, and with the intermediaries.
∎ Responsible for appointing, participating, and working with investment bankers, valuation advisors, diligence advisors, and M&A lawyers.
∎ Lead and guide the team to prepare a suitable corporate profile, teaser, and relevant documents required by prospective investors or relevant stakeholders.
∎ Work with the operational team members to assess and advise on the best practices from an investor standpoint.
∎ Participate in investors' due diligence process along with group’s internal team for the deal.
∎ Work with the management team.
∎ Any other job in relation to the fundraising process which requires direct or indirect involvement in this position.
∎ Be experienced and able to approach foreign investors.
∎ Asses & advise on new investment.
∎ Prepare report for foreign investment, debt and IPO with local and foreign exchanges
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having an aggregate of minimum 15 years of relevant experience working with MNC’s in the subcontinent having Turnover/ Assets under Management of over $ 500 million.
∎ Must have direct exposure in dealing with overseas and financial strategic investors.
∎ Exposure of working in transactions of more than USD 200 Million during the career thus far.
∎ Work experience of at least 5 years in the financial Services sector outside Bangladesh.
∎ At least 10 years of experience working as an Investment Banker (either on the sell side or buy side) with any of the big 4 consulting firms.
∎ Needs on experience of preparing financial /feasibility reports and DPR in heavy industries es: Steel, Textiles, Cement with at least one USD 500 Million portfolio
