• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination ability.

• Must be physically fit and able to handle emergency situations.

• Computer literacy and knowledge of modern security equipment will be an advantage.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Barnali Collections Ltd. and other’s Sister Concern.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect.

• Lead and supervise all security operations across the factory, warehouse, and office premises and other concerns.

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure safety and protection of company assets, employees, and visitors.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor duty rosters of all security personnel to ensure 24/7 coverage and operational efficiency.

• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and other surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized entry or activities.

• Conduct regular inspections, security audits, and risk assessments of all areas.

• Manage and coordinate with Internal security tram and external security agencies, local law enforcement, and fire service when required.

• Investigate and report all security breaches, thefts, accidents, or other incidents.

• Ensure fire safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and conduct regular fire drills.

• Maintain discipline among security staff and provide necessary training and briefings.

• Assist management in maintaining compliance with buyers’ Code of Conduct and factory security requirements.

• Maintain detailed daily security reports, incident logs, and attendance records.

• Supervise entry/exit of vehicles, visitors, and goods as per company procedures.

• Support HR and Admin departments during employee gatherings, unrest situations, or any emergency to maintain order and safety.

• Inspect and ensure the security of all gates, boundary walls, lighting systems, and watchtowers.

• Ensure all security guards are in proper uniform and equipped with necessary tools and safety gear.

• Maintain close communication with top management regarding all security-related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Any other job assigned by the Top Management
