Job Overview:
The Head of School will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to all Girls’ campuses. This role requires a strong commitment to academic excellence, administrative efficiency, and upholding Islamic values. The Head of School will work closely with the Academic Supervisor, Vice Principal, Principal, and Management board (if necessary) to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight:
Lead and oversee the operations of all Girls’ campuses.
Foster a positive and inclusive Islamic culture that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and the continuous development of Islamic cultures.
Administrative Management:
Supervise and support the administrative functions, working closely with the Vice Principal and Principal to ensure effective management of school operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and support the school`s mission.
Academic Supervision:
Oversee the academic coordinators, ensuring that academic operations are aligned with the school`s educational standards and goals.
Collaborate with the Academic Supervisor to monitor and improve curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and overall academic performance.
Upholding Islamic Values:
Ensure that Islamic values are integrated into the school environment and educational programs.
Work in coordination with the Department of Shariah Affairs to maintain and promote Islamic principles and ethics across all campuses.
