Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To direct, promote and coordinate business operations in a manner that will help achieve company’s mission, objective and goals.
∎ Develop, maintain and improve organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation and maximize profitability.
∎ The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
∎ Identify suspects and prospects through market research and source potential clients through Internet and Social Media research and collect as much information as possible to create and maintain the client database.
∎ Create, update and maintain client database on a daily basis and identify which clients are moving from suspect to prospect to customer.
∎ Identify who the key decision makers are within a company and gather as much information as possible.
∎ Schedule appointments over phone with potential clients for the Sales Team and schedule client sales visits for the Sales Team.
∎ Frequent market visits as per team requirement.
∎ Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
∎ Taking into account the market opportunity/growth potential and monitor closely the competitor activity.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the business process.· Manage relationships with regulators, customers and all external stakeholders.
∎ Conduct regular sales meeting with the Sales Team.
∎ Collect meeting minutes of client meetings from each Sales Team member.
∎ Make daily Sales Team meeting report for the day’s activities and client visit.
∎ Maintain constant communication with clients.
∎ Give suitable and timely training sales team to enhance sales skills as well as other skills.
∎ Guide sales team regarding marketing strategy.
∎ Keeping track of achievement of all targets and review progress as compared to goals, budget and targets.
∎ Prepare & maintain client work order and billing database.
∎ Keep track of monthly client bills and address collection of all outstanding bills.
∎ Ensure all documents required for submitting bills are ready in advance so that there is no delay in submitting bills.
∎ Understanding our client’s requirements and addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
∎ Prepare and submit all client bills on time.
∎ Manage all client accounts and understand their needs & requirements.
∎ Follow up on outstanding payments.
∎ Address any issues if raised by clients.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Business to help us expand our clientele. He/ She will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The Head of Sales & Marketing directs the business development activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the company’s business growth:
