Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning:
∎
∎ Define project scope & objectives involving all relevant stakeholders & prepare business case along with project budget.
∎ Develop the technical aspects of the project.
∎ Work with the consultants or experts to finalize Bill of Quantity(BOQ) , drawings and design to meet the project deliverables
∎ Project Roll out:
∎
∎ Develop a detailed project implementation plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques & report/ escalate to senior management as needed.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget including project change & risk management, proper project documentation management etc.
∎ Ensure required resource availability, allocation to project & recruit right resource if required.
∎ Coordinate with internal resources & stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Coordinate project activities with regulatory or other governmental & industrial agencies i.e. PDB / REB, DOE, WASA, Accord, Alliance, DIFE etc.
∎ Project Handover:
∎
∎ Ensure effective project handover to the end users through proper documentation and training
∎ Take initiative to solve any operational issue arising out of project implementation or after project delivery
∎ Project HSE Standards:
∎
∎ Implement project by ensuring Coats Health & Safety & Environment Policy including but not limited to Coats other policy, local law & industry compliance.
∎ Ensure adequate health & safety training for the project workers and supervisors.
∎ Continuous Improvement Program(CIP):
∎
∎ Finalize full year CIP plan for the cluster
∎ Lead the plant IE team to develop & review Industrial Engineering (IE) standards.
∎ Continually drive productivity and efficiency improvement through the adoption of Lean Six Sigma techniques, including DMAIC processes.
∎ Facilitate the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) project team to deliver targeted savings following standard process
∎ Train and develop required resources for Green / Yellow belt etc
∎ Work closely with cross functional project team for the targeted delivery of improvements and savings
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7+ years in project management or operations management or related field
∎ Project budgeting
∎ Industry related local law and compliance requirements
∎ Deep knowledge on H&S standards and requirements
