∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans and develop the strategies to conduct routine price verification.
∎ Analyze information about supplier’s performance or procurement program success.
∎ Analysis the expenditure pattern.
∎ Develops organizational procurement strategy and appropriate (updated) policy.
∎ Evaluate technical specifications economic factors relating to procurement.
∎ Design & develop training module for the members of procurement department meeting the requirement.
∎ Analyze procurement activities report regularly on monthly basis.
∎ Sourcing overseas manufactures and maintaining professional communication.
∎ Overseeing/supervising daily departmental activities and operations.
∎ Developing and implementing growth strategies.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.
∎ Responsible for approval on Comparative Statement/Quotation/Offer/Bid & Purchase Order(s).
∎ Analyze manpower allocation (within department).
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity of all members of procurement department.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities in terms of procurement performance(s).
∎ Conduct meeting with others stake holding department(s) to get the job done smoothly.
∎ Attending suppliers visit(s) and discussion session.
∎ Delivering the daily decision to the departmental down line’s members.
∎ Conduct weekly meeting with the members (A-Z) of the department.
∎ Maintaining liaison with others departmental heads.
∎ Arranging management approvals (as & when it requires).
∎ Conduct management Presentations & meeting.
∎ Initiating the management reports.
∎ Execute/carry out the any other task assigned by the management time to time.
