Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical / Electrical / B.Sc/ Masters in Production and operation management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
∎ Increase production and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs with maintain current quality standards.
∎ Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time delivery.
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with forecasted demand and take strategic initiatives to provide a clear sense of direction in Factory Operation.
∎ To maintain Hygiene and Safety Procedure as per guideline by labor director office.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective result.
∎ Address employees' issues and take necessary actions where applicable.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval.
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget.
∎ Ensure that all the SOP's of managerial & operational activities, as well as internal and external stakeholders, are being followed & take actions if any violence is found.
∎ To maintain company’s legal document and renewals if any.
∎ To Maintain close relation Government Autonomous body.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 10 years in the FMCG industries.
∎ Experienced in the filled Mustard oil, Basic spice, and Tea will be added in advantage.
∎ Proven experience as Head of Factory or Managerial position.
∎ Strong understanding of production and measures of performance.
∎ Familiarity with factory compliance and management best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
