∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Agricultural Economics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Marketing & Co-Operation
∎ Skills Required: Sourcing Procurement, supply chain management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 13 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commodity Derivatives, Commodity Research and Analysis, Grains and Sugar trading
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage trade desk to buy Raw sugar and export refined/blended sugar, and also possibility of importing/exporting other commodities as well;
∎ Responsible to buy resins, milk powder ad for other in-house bulk purchases;
∎ Proficient in statistics, fundamental and technical analysis;
∎ Ensure to purchase raw sugar at the best possible price from the global market with best financing options and opportunities;
∎ Knowledge about the export market and explore the opportunity of exporting refined sugar for potential buyers;
∎ Guide the Company for implementing proper hedging strategies in order to avoid any potential loss from the physical sugar bought through future contracts of NY-11;
∎ Formulate appropriate trading strategies via Future, Options, Spreads and similar contract in order to make trading gain and to minimize potential loss from physical sugar bought from NY-11 around the year;
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the authority as and when required.
