Responsibilities & Context:

1. HEAD OF MARKETING & SALES — 01 POSITION

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Sales & Marketing strategy of the company.

• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Sales & Marketing team.

• Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to booking and collection.

• Handle high-value customers and major negotiations.

• Develop corporate, referral and strategic sales networks.

• Monitor leads, site visits, proposals, negotiations, bookings and collections.

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for lead-generation campaigns.

• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.

• Develop strategies to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

• Ensure that customer communication is accurate, transparent and consistent with approved

company/project information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; BBA/MBA preferred.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in real-estate/apartment sales will receive strong preference.

• Proven record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

• Strong customer relationship and closing skills.
