Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Foreign degree in any discipline along with teaching experience in ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level Classes. Preference will be given to candidates who completed Masters in English from renowned University along with ‘O’ and ‘A’ level background.
∎ Preference will be given to a candidate with CAIE training.
∎ Ten (10) years successful teaching experience.
∎ Sound knowledge of Islamic faith and Practice.
∎ Strong research and teaching skills.
∎ Must have experience on junior section teaching training, Education administration,
∎ Education counseling curriculum & Program development.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and guide the teachers & have to lead the administrative team.
∎ Conduct the load distribution as per the Institutional policies.
∎ To ensure the overall academic and administrative functions.
∎ Develop training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Make sure that teachers take classes properly and timely.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Supervise the teachers in preparing Syllabus.
∎ Supervise the class distribution.
∎ Supervise the section in-charge to set up the examination routine and teacher’s invigilation list.
∎ Conducting Parents meeting periodically & Counseling Guardians when it’s required.
∎ Conduct the interviews of teachers.
∎ Manage orientation, training and relocate the new teachers as per their expertise.
∎ Maintain smooth interpersonal communication with all levels of management.
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Evaluation of teachers; To ensure the performance and overall policies are maintained according to Al Hasanain standard.
∎ Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs.
∎ Reporting to the authority.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.
