Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Foreign degree in any discipline along with teaching experience in ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level Classes. Preference will be given to candidates who completed Masters in English from renowned University along with ‘O’ and ‘A’ level background.
∎ Preference will be given to a candidate with CAIE training.
∎ Ten (10) years successful teaching experience.
∎ Sound knowledge of Islamic faith and Practice.
∎ Strong research and teaching skills.
∎ Must have experience on junior section teaching training, Education administration,
∎ Education counseling curriculum & Program development.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and guide the teachers & have to lead the administrative team.
∎ Conduct the load distribution as per the Institutional policies.
∎ Supervise the teachers in preparing Syllabus.
∎ Class distribution and Routine preparation.
∎ Supervise the section in-charge to set up the examination routine and teachers invigilation list.
∎ Conducting Parents meeting periodically & Counseling Guardians when its required.
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each teacher of her classes in daily work such as discipline during class hours, communication in English, Monthly work such as syllabus completion, lesson plan preparation, Class test etc.
∎ Planning and conducting teachers’ training, assessing of the teachers after those training.
∎ Build up adequate communication skills within the teachers and administration.
∎ Conduct classroom environment assessment, surveys and interviews of teachers.
∎ Manage orientation, training and relocate the new teachers as per their expertise.
∎ Maintain smooth interpersonal communication with all levels of management
∎ Reporting to the authority.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority time to time.
