Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in CSE/IT/EEE/ECE from reputed educational institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct, setup, maintain and monitor all networks and servers including backups, property LAN performance, telecom systems and user workstations.
∎ Make plans and complete IT related projects (i.e. process, function, budgets, etc.) as directed.
∎ Oversee and evaluate systems to ensure client/vendor/buyer's comply with corporate standards.
∎ Research and identify business opportunities to ensure department activities will be aligned with Group business strategy
∎ Ensure policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the department and Company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have at least 3 years relevant experience in a Managerial position
∎ Able to lead a team, be proactive and self-motivated
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent Presentation skills

Salary: Negotiable
