Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the Role:
∎ We are looking for a passionate Interior Designer / Architect to join our high-end design team. You will be responsible for creating layouts, concept visuals, and coordinating with the execution team to bring curated interior experiences to life.
∎
∎ Job Objective:
∎ To lead and manage the complete design and project development lifecycle of Bezpoke’s residential and commercial interior solutions. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, functional, and timely design and execution outcomes aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
∎
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ - Oversee design concepts, layouts, material selections, and 3D visualization workflow.
∎ - Lead the design team and monitor project schedules, design accuracy, and client satisfaction.
∎ - Ensure effective handover of drawings, BOQ, and visuals to the site execution team.
∎ - Conduct client meetings to present concepts, align expectations, and gather approvals.
∎ - Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely project execution.
∎ - Maintain design quality, innovation, and alignment with Bezpoke’s brand aesthetics.
∎ - Supervise the preparation of costing and quotation BOQs in collaboration with accounts.
