Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Copy writing/ Script Writing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design, Team Leadership, video editing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the creative department
∎ Take briefs from the brand team/ marketing team
∎ Brainstorm and provide ideas on how to implement the brief on the efficient and effective manner
∎ Deliver creative contents in a timely manner
∎ Continuously discover and implement new technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to lead the creative department
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge on content creation and marketing in digital media
∎ Should have proper knowledge on the different type of contents (Ex:- copywriting, still image, video etc.)

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Inclusive of KPI

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 21 Annual Leaves and 10 Sick Leaves
