Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ Certification of CA, ACCA will have advantage.
∎ (Qualified Professional Accountant will get preferences).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Prepare monthly as well as yearly Financial Statement.
∎ Checking the export Invoice (Rate of product, calculation & other related information) & quantity reconcile with finishing department.
∎ Monitoring the team and handling overall Accounts & Finance related work.
∎ Disbursement of Payment, Ensuring records, and its reconciliation.
∎ Ensure the team keeps the Filing of vouchers & other documents related to payment.
∎ Reconcile work related to Financial Statement (Bank Book, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, BTB LC Export / Import related transaction,& Other).
∎ Calculate TDS on Salary, Supplier Tax & VAT.
∎ Maintain proper cost record and determine material cost, labor cost, factory overhead, and Work in Process.
∎ Presentation of all Finance & Accounts related reports higher authority.
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee's payment by maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Tax, VAT, Company Law etc. and in the operation of Accounting Tally software.
∎ Liaison with bank for various problem solve related to export/import transaction issue.
∎ Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the public, banking partners, external auditors and other external agencies as required.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts and Finance (Garments/Textile)
∎ Should have a very good command of English both written and verbal.
∎ Experience with Vat / Tax will be preferred. Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Salary: Negotiable
