Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
∎ 2. Laptop/Tab motherboard chip level repair & diagnosing & reporting.
∎ 3. Communication with customers & providing quality customer service.
∎ 4. Hinges repair & parts replacing.
∎ 5. Google sheets maintain & report.
∎ 6. Creating RMA for laptops.
∎ 7. ADT and WTPI RMA closing for laptops.
∎ 8. Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software & drivers.
∎ 9. Repaired the hardware components of the unit & replaced the defective part, evaluated software and hardware related issues and conducted configuration and troubleshooting functions.
