Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design social media posts, website graphics, brochures, ads, and brand materials.
∎ Edit and produce videos, including explainer videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics.
∎ Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas for campaigns and student engagement.
∎ Maintain and update the official YES Education website.
∎ Design visual elements that reflect brand identity and strategic communication goals.
∎ Customize design templates and animated illustrations.
∎ Support and manage Facebook Ads, email campaigns, and content calendars.
∎ Test and optimize visuals across devices and platforms.
∎ Stay informed on design trends, UI/UX practices, and creative tools.
∎ We are hiring a creative and results-driven Graphics Designer & Video Editor with hands-on experience in digital marketing. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visuals, video content, and campaign assets while also managing parts of our digital presence. You’ll work closely with the internal team to brainstorm new ideas, execute marketing strategies, and directly support student outreach efforts. Your creative work will influence how our brand connects with audiences across platforms, from social media to website engagement. Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in graphic design and social media marketing.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

• Skilled in CapCut and Final Cut Pro.

• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, branding, layout, color theory, and typography.

• Experience with website platforms like WordPress or similar CMS.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and testing.

• Experience producing explainer videos and custom animations.

• Knowledge of Blender or other 3D tools is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
