Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials provided by the management.
∎ Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
∎ Creating, communicating and presenting design ideas.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
∎ Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
∎ Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
∎ Preparing finished design by operating necessary equipment and software.
∎ Amend designs after feedback
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and according to brand standards.
∎ Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
∎ Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
∎ Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
∎ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
∎ Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
∎ Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
∎ Continuous study on social media trends and design from all social media assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge highly expert as below list:
∎ Photoshop
∎ Illustrator
∎ 3D Max / Animation
∎ PowerPoint
∎ Bengali Typing (Bjoy / Avro / UniBjoy / google input)
∎ English Typing
∎ MS Word
∎ Printing Design experience.
∎ Social Media designing experience.
∎ Website maintenance
∎ Portfolio list must be included.
∎ Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
∎ Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have mentality to work extra hours if necessary
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
