Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to create design assets for brochures, promotional materials, digital content, and social media.
∎ Design visually compelling and effective marketing materials that convey the value of VisionSpring eyeglasses in the local context.
∎ Ensure that design work aligns with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our mission and impact.
∎ Adapt and customize designs to suit the local culture and preferences.
∎ Contribute to the creative process by providing innovative design ideas and solutions.
∎ Work on multiple design projects, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ • You can think creatively and come up with innovative and visually appealing designs. This involves a good eye for color, composition, and aesthetics.
∎ • You have mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant software. This includes the ability to manipulate images, create illustrations, and design layouts.
∎ • You have a good understanding of typography, including font selection, spacing, and readability.
∎ • You have a knowledge of fundamental design principles, such as balance, contrast, unity, and emphasis.
∎ • You pay close attention to details, ensuring that every element of a design is polished and error-free.
∎ • You possess strong communication skills, understand, and interpret creative briefs and work effectively with team members.
∎ • You manage time effectively and meet deadlines, especially when working on multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ • You have a basic understanding of branding principles and can maintain consistency across different materials.
∎ • You stay informed about current design trends and industry developments.
∎ • You shine when communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and your words inspire excitement about what we can do together.
