∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating test design in order to portray new ideas of shoes.
∎ Coming up with new colors, forms and patterns structures of footwear.
∎ Attending marketing meetings in order to display new design and ensure their promotion to the market.
∎ Research market and give feedback of latest style and trends.
∎ Assess market trends of footwear, make alterations, prepare textiles, accessories etc.
∎ Ensure the design is profitable, prepare costing.
∎ Determine the duration of new design and create a schedule of making new designs and stick to the plan.
∎ Overseeing the production of the design to check for quality and durability.
∎ prepare material

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: creativity, fashion development, Making pattern
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Footwear
∎ Knowledge in footwear anatomy is required.
