Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative projects.
∎ Must have expertise in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, Printing sizes and layout design.
∎ Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Editing and crafting raw footage into polished, professional videos, reels for social media.
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM/SMM, database marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, google AdSense, media buying and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
∎ Must have knowledge at Production related work ex; Script writing, shooting, post-production·
∎ Content writing (in Bengali & English) Data driven digital marketing ability.
∎ Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Need to update the social media network with regular post, add creation, banners, content and trend marketing.
∎ Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
∎ Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
∎ Collaborates with agencies and other partners.
∎ Understand the marketing policy or organization and take necessary steps in digital marketing.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional designs.
