Educational Requirements:
∎ University Graduate, preferably from Fine Arts
∎ Training in Graphic Design preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements for print publications;
∎ Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
∎ Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
∎ Demonstrating illustrative skills;
∎ Working on layouts to produce pages ready for print;
∎ Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs;
∎ Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists;
∎ Coordinating with printing houses and ensuring quality production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proficient in Adobe Suites particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
∎ Free hand drawing, digital illustration skill;
∎ 3D designing experience will set advantage;
∎ Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office and e-mail;
∎ Good spoken and written skills both in English & Bengali;
∎ Innovative thinker;
∎ Strong customer service skills;
∎ Have sound self discipline and focus on self development;
∎ Be a flexible team player within Drik, sharing the vision and ethics;
∎ Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
