Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Fine Arts/Graphics Designing from any reputed Local/ International Institution.
∎ Any professional degree will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), motion graphics, Static Site Generation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns of varying scales and resolve complexity for online and offline platforms.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements as per guideline of the concerned head.
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on necessities.
∎ Understand the scope of a project and clearly articulate ideas.
∎ Maintain brand aesthetic and standards across all channels.
∎ Ensure deadlines are met; can balance long-term and short-term projects simultaneously.
∎ Manage time and prioritize daily workload based on the importance of assignments.
∎ Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software.
∎ Testing graphics across various media.
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or manually.
∎ Amend designs after feedback from the concerned head.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
∎ Motion graphics

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent attention to detail and pixel perfect design.
∎ Great digital and print layout skills.
∎ Hands-on experience using Photoshop, Coral, Illustrator/ similar software, GIMP, Expression Blend etc is required.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good portfolio.
∎ Knowledge of some motion graphics with Adobe After Effects is desired
∎ Strong portfolio with commercial projects (as full time/contract job)
∎ Meeting deadlines and being able to work under pressure.
