∎ Graduation/ Diploma in Fine Arts/Graphic Design from any reputed Institute/University
∎ Candidate from Fine Arts/ Computer Science background will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To enlarge and design innovative concept and graphics for organizational advertising, such as Product, Packaging, Brochure, Logo, Banner, Stage and Branding etc.
∎ To generate Leaflets, Flyers, Designs, and Advertising materials for marketing of organization products.
∎ To generate Idea/ Concept of required design.
∎ To develop design concepts; digitize concepts in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and others Designing software.
∎ To assist in and devolve marketing material including and not limited to corporate identity, logos, websites, brochures, business cards, interactive media, sales presentations and more
∎ To work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates Having experience with cement company will get preference.
∎ Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Advanced knowledge on Cover Design, Artwork Design, Brochure & Catalog Design, Page Makeup, and Greeting Card Design.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and pixel perfect design.
∎ Capacity to maintain timeline.
∎ Candidate must be professional, dedicated, self-motivated and honest
∎ Experience with Image manipulation tools Ex: Photoshop, Coral, Illustrator, GIMP, Expression Blend etc. is required.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Creative thinking is necessary. MUST have good sense of UI designing.
∎ Strong portfolio with commercial projects (as full time/contract job)
∎ Meeting deadlines and able to work under pressure.
