Job Context:
∎ Looking for experienced and passionate graphics designer and video editor who is interested in working with our talented and creative eShikhon Team. (eShikhon is the largest online training portal in Bangladesh; PROVIDING ONLINE LIVE TRAINING ON FREELANCING COURSES, SKILL DEVELOPMENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY).
∎ We need graphics design Expert who has practical experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Graphic Designer is responsible for the coordination and production of all images, videos, design materials, pdfs needed for the organization's digital marketing team.
∎ The right candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining, educational, or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand "look and feel."
∎ Create, enhance & properly organize all branding elements, colors, fonts etc. and ensure all aspects of the marketing deliverables & pipeline remain ON BRAND. This would include but not limited to online, offline, website, blog posts, banners, FB Ads, FB Posts, & collateral marketing pieces etc.
∎ Pre-determine dimension, file type, resolution etc of all marketing channels for the efficiency of deployment as well as organize & file all branding elements.
∎ Have to well experience on graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and other designing software
∎ The Ideal Candidate have to bring their portfolio of images and other thing in pen drive to show us.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding project requirements and ideas.
∎ Using graphic techniques to create drafts.
∎ Product design fine-tuning
∎ Collaborating with the team to launch projects.
∎ Using feedback from digital marketing department to improve the design idea.
∎ Perform other responsibilities, as they are developed/defined
∎ Skills Required: Animation, Art & Sketch, Creative Design.
∎ Deeply passionate about Graphic Design and video editing.
∎ Must have Strong advanced Level Graphics Design Capability.
∎ Has an outstanding Design Portfolio.
∎ Capable to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
∎ Color/sound correction, visual effects, insert photos, info-graphics, text and optional effects, select sound/music and develop final products.
∎
∎ Professional experiences in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop, and video editing software's.Expert on:
∎ Adobe Premiere Pro CC .
∎ Adobe Illustrator CC.
∎ Adobe Photoshop CC.
∎ Camera Materials.
∎ Special Effects.
∎ Lighting

Salary:
∎ Salary Range 20000-30000
