Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a content designer having experience with graphics Design, Motion Graphics, social media, and other platforms.
∎ Creating and developing creative designs: 1. Self-motivated, 2. Proficient in new trendy designs, 3. highly creative with experience, 4. Creative designs that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Graphics Designer supports implementing promotional campaigns and optimizing assets across all several digital media channels: Social Media Marketing, expected to manage all graphic design tasks, generating creative ideas, and developing content. This position is responsible for launching various campaigns according to deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate innovative ideas and creative content with your own responsibility.
∎ Making creative digital visual effects, motion graphics, and Graphics design for Social media like YouTube, Facebook & any other relevant sources.
∎ To design Posters, logos, stickers, signs, banners, advertisements (Print, Outdoor, Indoor & Digital), digital content, and other communication materials.
∎ To create materials by using computer software programs like- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, or any other motion graphics
∎ To review design drafts by Superior, HOD, and Management, and make revisions based on the feedback received.
∎ Conducting research on current presentation and design trends, learning new concepts and tools, and keeping updated.
∎ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts assigned by the Managements.

∎ (Content Planning, Creating content, Analytics, Promotions, Creative designs).
∎ Deeply passionate about Graphic Design
∎ Polite and should have good organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Deadline-oriented, Self-driven, Good Team Player
∎ Good proficiency in the English language
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
