Job Context:
∎ Xvect is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and grow with us.
∎ Your role will primarily involve creating visually appealing graphics from covers & preview designs to any type of graphical templates and other graphical resources for various marketplaces. You will be tasked with creating high-quality designs on a daily basis.
∎ Our main software pipeline is Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop, but we also welcome designers proficient in other fields like Canva and more. Therefore, you should have a strong command on delivering top-notch visual content through any software.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Graphic Design Creation: Apply advanced graphic design techniques to create visually stunning and impactful graphics.
∎ Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the project team to understand project requirements and generate innovative concepts to elevate visual aesthetics.
∎ Quality Assurance: Carefully review design work and provide constructive improvements.
∎ Project Collaboration: Engage in regular meetings with the Team Lead and also with Team members to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
∎ Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any challenges that may arise during the project to ensure smooth workflow and project success.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Adobe illustrator (for vector work)
∎ Adobe Photoshop (for raster graphics)
∎ Knowledge in Canva will give added advantage.
