Technical Skills

• Proficient in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
• Typography: Knowledge of appropriate font usage and styling.
• Color Theory: Understanding the psychological impact of colors and creating effective color combinations.
• Illustration: Ability to create custom designs and illustrations.

Creativity and Ideation

• Generate new and attractive design ideas.
• Develop and execute designs based on specific concepts and requirements.
• Understand brand needs and create visuals accordingly.

Design Process and Planning

• Research Skills: Analyze competitor designs and come up with innovative concepts.
• Workflow Management: Create task-based timelines according to client needs.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Knowledge of creating prototypes and wireframes for design planning.

Branding and Marketing Knowledge

• Develop and maintain brand identity through creative design.
• Design promotional materials such as social media posts, banners, and other marketing assets.
• Create conversion-focused designs tailored to marketing goals.

Personality Traits

• Must be an early adapter, tech-savvy, and quick learner.

Portfolio and Reviews

• Provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing past design projects.
• Share reviews or references from previous work (if available).
