Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Skills
- Proficient in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
- Typography: Knowledge of appropriate font usage and styling.
- Color Theory: Understanding the psychological impact of colors and creating effective color combinations.
- Illustration: Ability to create custom designs and illustrations.
Creativity and Ideation
- Generate new and attractive design ideas.
- Develop and execute designs based on specific concepts and requirements.
- Understand brand needs and create visuals accordingly.
Design Process and Planning
- Research Skills: Analyze competitor designs and come up with innovative concepts.
- Workflow Management: Create task-based timelines according to client needs.
- Prototyping and Wireframing: Knowledge of creating prototypes and wireframes for design planning.
Branding and Marketing Knowledge
- Develop and maintain brand identity through creative design.
- Design promotional materials such as social media posts, banners, and other marketing assets.
- Create conversion-focused designs tailored to marketing goals.
Personality Traits
- Must be an early adapter, tech-savvy, and quick learner.
Portfolio and Reviews
- Provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing past design projects.
- Share reviews or references from previous work (if available).
