Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphic Design
∎ Or Diploma in Graphic Design
∎ Those with diploma and/or specialized courses in graphic design will get preference.
∎ Academic qualifications may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
∎ Creating, communicating and presenting design ideas.
∎ Special Experience on Clipping Path, Multiple Clipping Path, Image Masking, Photo Retouching, Photo Restoration, Image Enhancement, Color Correction, Object Removing, Creating Various Shadows, Brochure & Catalog Design, Page Makeup, News Paper Ad etc.
∎ You will be involved in all aspects of UX/UI design for our existing and new products, working closely with the product, engineering and commercial teams including Websites, E-commerce, Software and Mobile Apps.
∎ Analyzing and designing Logos, Websites, E-Commerce, Mobile Apps and Software.
∎ Advance knowledge and minimum 2 years practical experience in graphic software: Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator.
∎ Providing insight to the design process for efficient UX/UI development.
∎ Dynamic, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated with creative and innovative ideas.
∎ Generating graphical content for social media.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
∎ High work Ethics & Professionalism.
∎ Excellent English (Both Spoken & Written) Communication and Presentation Skill.
∎ Ability to work under tight time schedule.
∎ Skill in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
∎ Willingness to take on administrative e work, as needed or assigned.

∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ UX/UI design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IT Enabled Service, Software Company
∎ Strong creative outlook.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on judgment are absolutely essential.
∎ Applications must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interview process: The first interview, second interview, and third interview. If you pass first the interview then head of the Department will take the second interview. If head of department think that you are capable for this job then you will be selected for the third interview. The third interview is three days observation period. You have to prove yourself in three days according to your job responsibility.
∎ You should be a highly creative professional with strong technical design and coding skills and the ability to take an idea from initial research through to final delivery.
∎ Used to Windows & Mac OS.
∎ Used to in shifting duty (Morning, Evening).
∎ Capable of independently looking after all kinds of Design-Related Projects.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for web pages, e-commerce, software, mobile apps, company logos, web banners, ads and any other related designs.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
∎ Strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines including discernment of which projects are of greatest value to the company and marketing team.
∎ Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
∎ Quick grasp of feedback and ability to communicate ideas effectively.
