∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design Responsibilities:
∎ Materialize the brief and concept based on the company's needs and vision, brand identity and guidelines
∎ Design web pages, banners, brochures, leaflets, logos, icons/signs, whitepaper, books, visiting cards, crest design, reports, social media posts, infographics, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
∎ Make sure design work is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities
∎ Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
∎ Test graphics across various media
∎ Create content briefs of the agreed-upon strategies
∎ Follow the Brand Guidelines while designing any materials
∎ General Responsibilities:
∎ Work with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material
∎ Prepare multiple designs/concepts to provide options to choose from
∎ Be open to feedback from team on any improvisations or corrections
∎ Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them. Must be able to do basic spellcheck
∎ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about the progress of projects and any issues that may arise
∎ Work on multiple briefs at the same time
∎ Obtain approval of a concept by submitting a rough layout for approval
∎ Prepare finished design and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment/digital assets; and purchasing from vendors.
∎ Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up from finished copies which are given by marketing coordinator
∎ Work and coordinate with vendors, press, agencies, copywriters, photographers and other designers as and when needed
∎ Communicate and cooperate with team about layout and design
∎ Plan concept by studying information and materials and the needs of the target group
∎ Examine market and industry reports and identify important trends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be creative and proficient in design software tools such as Adobe's Creative Suite- including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
∎ Candidate with 2D animation skills in After Effects will be preferable
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
∎ Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia design
∎ Good interpersonal skills with all levels of management
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Able to give and receive constructive criticism
∎ Must be creative and able to form original ideas
Salary: Negotiable
