∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ADOBE PHOTOSHOP,Adobe Illustrator,Light room
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphics design,Motion graphics design,Bangla typing skill
∎ Skills Required: 3d Design, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Advertising & Promotion, motion graphics
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking the lead and exercising creative judgment in translating client needs into deliverable graphics
∎ Needs to be a self-starter/show initiative
∎ Participating in the design, layout, and production of brochures, pamphlets, briefings, displays, and other materials
∎ Working from rough sketches, engineering drawings or other documentation to develop polished, professional graphics
∎ Conducting quality reviews of graphics design layouts for publications to ensure they are ready for production
∎ Ability to analyze, conceptualize, and recommend solutions to difficult and complex issues that may arise and when requests for visual productions fall outside standard
∎ Creating layout and design, and often directly interfacing with customer/users
∎ Be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines (short- and long-term deadlines)
∎ Ability to work effectively with others and have good interpersonal skills such as working well under pressure supervised or independently
∎ Ability to apply the complex principles of artistic design to assignments, often with limited input and/or resources, to effectively stimulate interest and express a point - redesigns or recreates submissions to best illustrate the concept at hand
∎ Edit and create designs to be used across print and digital channels, including social platforms (brochures, packaging, banner ads, potential video work)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Shall have experience and be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, After Effects, HTML5, and Sketch
∎ Experience with video creation, 3D animation, and/or Premiere
∎ Strong portfolio showing design experience
∎ Background in UX a plus
∎ Experience in web design platforms is desired
∎ Motion graphics/ animation experience
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be decided based on experience and expertise.
